James Eichenlaub - Executive Director/Government Affairs

 

Serves as chief administrative officer for the association.  Plans, organizes and directs the programs and activities of the association through the coordination of staff and volunteers to ensure the goals and objectives of the association are met.  Responsible for monitoring public policy issues which impact housing, makes recommendations to the association's board of directors and coordinates actions and industry response to issues important to the housing industry.

 

 

Melissa Alesi - Director of Sales and Marketing & Membership

Seeks sponsorship of association events and marketing of members.  Shares information on association services to the members and prospective members of the association, affiliated councils and related organizations.

 

 

Alyssa Haley- Communications & Events Coordinator

 

Maintains the website and social media platforms. Implements events, including registering members and collecting payment for said events.

 

Financial Administrator

Maintains the accounting system of the association and subsidiaries including the preparation of monthly financial statements, accounts receivable and financial record keeping.  Oversees the IT capabilities and office operations of the association.
