James Eichenlaub - Executive Director/Government Affairs


Responsibilities: Serves as chief administrative officer for the association.  Plans, organizes and directs the programs and activities of the association through the coordination of staff and volunteers to ensure the goals and objectives of the association are met.  Responsible for monitoring public policy issues which impact housing, makes recommendations to the association's board of directors and coordinates actions and industry response to issues important to the housing industry.


Financial Administrator


Responsibilities: Maintains the accounting system of the association and subsidiaries including the preparation of monthly financial statements, accounts receivable and financial record keeping.  Oversees the IT capabilities and office operations of the association.


Melissa Alesi - Director of Sales and Marketing


Responsibilities: Oversees the dissemination of information concerning association services to the members and prospective members of the associations, affiliated councils and related organizations.
